The Ahli Bank’s head office building is a modern, dynamic and progressive structure rooted in the Sultanate's rich culture. The building is conceived as a reflection of the distinct Omani natural landscape, with the dramatic contrast between the verticality of the mountain chains, and the delicate layers of palm groves and water features – aflaj, forming the vital oasis around which many Omani villages and towns grew at the foot of these mountains.

The built up area is 15,000 square meters and contains the largest single span glass skylight in Oman. The façade is fitted with patterned marble cladding produced from local quarries to boast the use of local materials. The interior is composed of glass and contemporary elements as well as a mixture of local and international marble on the floors and walls.
