The Mumtaz Residence project consists of 11 buildings, each with 6 floors – 12 one bedroom and 12 two bedroom apartments. The built up area of the project is 40,000 square meters. The project required extensive ground work improvement works with pile shoring and mountain shot Crete works to also be undertaken, and was delivered on time and on budget.
