Our fit-for purpose system comprises of comprehensive procedures to guide our team through all aspects of HSE both on and off site. All of our sites have designated HSE personnel that ensure the implementation of our system. Our team is also regularly provided with training seminars and site specific inductions to ensure that they are up to date with our company procedures. Furthermore, we arrange weekly, monthly and bi-annual review meetings that are chaired by the senior management to review the statistics of our HSE performance and monitor our conformance to the procedures in place.
