Moreover a great deal of attention is paid to promoting teamwork and efficiency in order to achieve our business objectives. The performance of our team is regularly monitored with KPIs and other management tools to ensure that responsibility and accountability are spread throughout the organization.


General Manager – Dirk Helmut Noack

Dirk Noack studied Civil Engineering at the Technical University in Munich (Germany) and has 28 years’ in the construction sector in Germany, UAE and Oman.

He started his career in Zublin AG, one of the biggest German construction company and delivered in the position as a Project Director various prestigious projects like 5 star Jumeirah Hotel and the HQ of the KFW Bank. In the position of Branch Director for Max Bogl in UAE, he delivered Composite Factory in Al Ain with the biggest clear span in middle east and the First Gulf Bank Avenue in Abu Dhabi.

Since 2014, Mr Noack joined Shaksy Engineering Services in the role of General Manager.


Director Commercial – Kapil Mathur

Kapil is a Civil Engineer having graduated from NIT, Jaipur India, and has over 27 years’ experience delivering Government and private sector projects in Oman, Bahrain and India.

In that time Kapil has successfully led construction and design teams to deliver educational, hospitality, Airbase, leisure, commercial fit-out, residential projects, Oil & Gas and associated industrial works. Kapil has a track record of delivering a challenging and complex range of projects on time and under budget. This includes the delivery of fast-track flagship projects which required significant construction management flexibility to suit changing client goals.

He has an overall responsibility for commercial strategy and delivery. The areas of focus are on both Pre and Post contract works and on building partnerships in successfully delivering the projects.


Director Procurement – Sanjeev Dayal

Master of Business Administration (MBA) with experience of around 27 years’ in UAE, Oman, and India

Experience includes Technip, ADNOC, OXY, and other residential and commercial projects.

Responsible for developing and managing an experienced services team by providing leadership, direction, and standardized procurement, subcontracting processes, and tendering submission.
